Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Streakly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Streakly is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits. The App allows you to create habits, track your progress, and view your streaks and statistics.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App to transmit any malware or harmful code
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Streakly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as habit names and descriptions). By using the App, you grant us a license to store, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streakly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Streakly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
